Massage Therapist Job Description

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll help clients with:

• Injury recovery and pain management

• Chronic condition care and stress reduction

• Preventative wellness and relaxation therapy

​

Your Role Will Include:

• Performing detailed client assessments and treatment plans

• Delivering a range of massage therapy techniques

• Educating patients on home care, stretching, and rehab

• Collaborating with other wellness professionals for best outcomes

• Maintaining accurate treatment notes using Jane practice software

• Participating in optional blog writing or local events for outreach

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Qualifications:

• Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

• Valid CPR & First Aid certification

• Experience in multiple massage styles (or a strong interest to learn)

• Must provide own point-of-sale system and remit monthly commissions

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about whole-body wellness
