Cancellation Policy
Because unexpected and urgent things happen...
Kulhay Wellness Centre is a small boutique clinic, and in order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we reserve that time just for you.
Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other patients. When patients are unable to make their scheduled appointments, we are unable to best serve our customers waiting for that spot.
Our cancellation policy
So, we respectfully request 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
... and because as much as we love what we do, this is how we make our living.
Cancellation Fee
For cancellation notice within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the services booked.
No-Shows
For patients who fail to provide any notice of cancellation and do not attend their scheduled appointment, 100% of the services booked will be charged.
Weather-related cancellations
We also understand that weather-related cancellations can occur, which is why we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, we will try our best to offer virtual appointments for any services that can be provided online. If this is not possible, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
