We are recruiting an enthusiastic front desk administrator to join our family at our beautiful Kulhay Wellness Centre in Erin, Ontario

In this role, you'll be the conductor of our clinic's symphony, ensuring all the notes are in perfect harmony. You'll maintain patient records with a meticulous touch, keeping our electronic health record system as flawless as a fairy's wings. Your attention to detail will shine as you process payments, reconcile billing statements, and prepare financial reports that would impress even the most astute pixie accountant.
But it's not all about the paperwork! You'll also be a beacon of organization, ensuring our front-desk area is as tidy and inviting as a fairy garden. From restocking supplies to performing a little equipment magic, you'll keep everything sparkling and functioning like a well-oiled spell.
Your commitment to patient care will extend beyond the front desk as you coordinate appointments and liaise with other healthcare providers. You'll wave your wand (or make a phone call) to ensure our patients receive the seamless care they deserve.
As an honorary member of our family, you'll be the clinic's cheerleader, spreading the word about our promotions and specials with the enthusiasm of a jubilant pixie. And on social media, you'll work your magic to engage with our patients, sharing updates, tips, and responding to their inquiries with a sprinkle of enchantment.
When it comes to the wellness world, you'll stay one step ahead of the trends, always seeking out the latest potions and techniques to provide our patients with the most effective treatments. And we'll send you off on quests to community events and health fairs, where you'll shine a light on our clinic and educate the public about the wonders of wellness.
In this role, you'll be a master of multitasking, changing light bulbs like a magician's assistant, restocking supplies with a flick of your wand, and ensuring the clinic is always in tip-top shape. And as part of our team, you'll collaborate with your fellow wizards to ensure the clinic runs as smoothly as a spellbinding melody.
Your superpower will be customer service, where you'll provide an enchanting experience to our patients, visitors, and fellow staff members. No concern or complaint will go unanswered as you sprinkle your fairy dust of care and address their needs with the utmost attention.
But remember, with great magic comes great responsibility. You'll adhere to all the ethical guidelines and protect patient confidentiality like a guardian of secrets. And just like a true apprentice, you'll attend staff meetings and training sessions, staying updated with the latest developments and changes in our clinic's policies and procedures.

Having prior experience in the enchanting world of wellness/medical clinics and familiarity with the magical realm of Jane App or other clinic management platforms will definitely be a bonus spell in your repertoire.

Kulhay Wellness Centre is a community-based wellness clinic operating in Erin, Ontario for 20 years. We provide Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to a wide array of clients of all ages including. Our quaint clinic has a main treatment room with 4 beds in an integrative private/open-concept layout, and offers professional front desk support for booking, billing and improving the patient experience.
We have a close-knit team of professionals who have been working collaboratively and having fun for more than 10 years. We hope to add another dynamic team member to our operations.

Kulhay Wellness Centre is located in Erin Village, among a thriving business community. Erin has the perfect balance of country charm within a 15-30 minute drive to Georgetown, Orangeville, Guelph, Brampton, Mississauga or Milton and other GTA cities.
