The Glycolic Acid Facial Rejuvenation Peel.
This acid is a chemical exfoliant, which weakens the glue between the dead skin cells. With removal of the upper layer of skin, a smoother, softer skin is revealed. The skin rejuvenates itself by its own natural process by exfoliating the outer layer of old dead skin cells and replacing them with new ones. As we age, the rate of exfoliation slows down significantly, the old dead cells accumulate on the skins surface. By removing the outer layer of dead cells with glycolic solutions, the new cells are exposed thereby improving the appearance and texture of the skin. At 4 weeks the client will see an improvement and optimal results are achieved by weeks 8-12.
