The BEST OFFENSE is a GREAT DEFENSE, and boosting your IMMUNE SYSTEM with the following suggestions can help significantly. Alternating periodically throughout the day and throughout the week with these supplements helps protect your body a little bit more. Be Pro - Active!



  • Vitamin C (1000 mg. or more till bowel tolerance)
